If you're low on Vitamin B12, you might feel tired, weak, have trouble focusing, or feel pins and needles in your hands and feet. Vegans and vegetarians at higher risk of vitamin B12 deficiency since vitamin B12 is mostly found in meat, fish, dairy, and eggs. Other causes of B12 deficiency include certain gut conditions (like Coeliac Disease or Crohn’s), a condition called pernicious anaemia, or long-term use of stomach acid-reducing medications. Our easy-to-use vitamin b12 blood test will check your B12 levels and tell if you need to supplement.
