Whether you’re planning a family, actively trying to conceive or tracking your ovulation, our Day 21 Progesterone Ovulation Test offers targeted insights to support you on your fertility journey.
Progesterone plays a key role in your menstrual cycle and fertility. After ovulation, your progesterone levels rise (typically peaking around day 21 of your cycle). Our ovulation test measures progesterone levels to confirm if and when you’re ovulating. Understanding your progesterone levels can give you clarity, support your next steps and help guide conversations with your doctor or fertility specialist if needed.

Insights that help you to take control and feel better. We are extremely proud of our short turnaround times and efficient laboratory processes, you will start receiving results as soon as they are available, however please note the turnaround time stated cannot always be guaranteed.
It is important to note that the contraceptive pill may affect your results. If you stop taking the pill, we suggest waiting until your periods have resumed their normal cycle before taking this test. Make sure that you take an alternative form of contraception if you are not planning to become pregnant.
For the most accurate measurement of progesterone we recommend that you test on day 21 of a 28 day cycle or 7 days before your next menstrual cycle is due.
Biotin (Vitamin B7) is a common component of many multivitamins and is also available as a standalone supplement. Biotin is known to interfere with laboratory testing and can affect various blood results. Unless prescribed by your Doctor, we recommend stopping supplementation at least 48 hours prior to testing. If the supplement has been prescribed, please speak with your Doctor before stopping.
Each visit lasts about 15 minutes, though we recommend you give yourself a 30 minute window for check-in, wait times and more.
