Regular STI testing can help to catch sexually transmitted infections early, so you can get the right treatment and avoid any serious health issues down the line. Our convenient STI Test is ideal if you’ve had a recent sexual encounter, you've noticed symptoms, changed partners, or just want peace of mind. For a more comprehensive check, you can add on a vaginal, rectal or throat swab to test for chlamydia and gonorrhoea. We recommend taking swab samples from all areas exposed to sexual activity, as infections may not always be detected in urine alone. Most STIs take some time to show up in your system after a sexual encounter. Testing too soon might not give you accurate results, so it’s best to wait at least 14 days before taking an STI test. For urine tests, make sure it’s been at least 2 hours since you last went to the bathroom. And if you’re on your period, please wait until its finished before booking your STI test.
