Whilst testosterone testing is important, our comprehensive male hormone test measures testosterone levels in addition to other key hormones.

Activate your kit before sending your sample back to us. Place the prepaid label on the package and drop it off at the post office.
Get results
Once the lab receives your sample, your results will be ready 2-3 working days afterwards. Your results will be sent to the email address provided.
What To Know Before Your Appointment
Fasting Recommended (8 hours)
No food or drink, except water at least 8 hours before. Be sure to eat a light, healthy meal before you start your fast and avoid drinking alcohol.
Morning of collection
Please ensure you are well hydrated prior to collecting the sample. Drinking water prior to collection can help improve circulation making it easier to collect an accurate sample.
Test in the Morning
If you are interested in your testosterone levels, please ensure you collect your sample in the morning
How to Test
Please avoid taking your sample from a finger used to apply hormone gels / pessaries / patches in the past 4 weeks. Please consider using gloves to apply these to avoid contamination.
Biotin (Vitamin B7)
Biotin (Vitamin B7) is a common component of many multivitamins and is also available as a standalone supplement. Biotin is known to interfere with laboratory testing and can affect various blood results. Unless prescribed by your Doctor, we recommend stopping supplementation at least 48 hours prior to testing. If the supplement has been prescribed, please speak with your Doctor before stopping.
