If you are interested in your hormone results, we recommend taking this test on two to five days after the start of your period, ideally on day three, however please note this may impact your urinalysis results.
Fasting for 8-12 hours prior to your test is recommended as non-fasting can impact heart health, cardiovascular risk score, diabetes health, iron status, and testosterone levels (only consume water during this fasting period) . *Fasting for extended periods can impact your results or result in adverse reactions during sample collection.*
