The Key Things To Know


check Your code is valid for 3 months from the date it's issued. Your friend must book and complete their health check within that window.
check Rewards are paid to the original payment method used for your booking.
check You'll be told when a reward is earned or paid but for privacy reasons, we can't share who has used your code or their booking details.
check To take part, you must be 18+, have booked an eligible health check of €300 or more on or after 1 April 2026, and have paid by card. Bookings paid by cash or Clearpay aren't eligible.
check If your friend cancels, refunds or doesn't complete their check, no reward is payable.
