Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 1 June 2026. This promotion is open-ended. We may end the promotion by giving at least 30 days' notice on our website. If we end the promotion, referral codes will stop working from the stated end date. Rewards already earned before the end date will still be honoured, subject to these terms.

Referral Overview

You book an eligible health check and, if your booking qualifies, we give you a unique referral code to share with people you know personally. Each friend who uses your code gets 10% off their own eligible health check. Every time a friend uses your code, attends their appointment and completes their eligible health check, you may earn a reward. You can earn up to 5 rewards, with a maximum total reward of £250 in the UK or €250 in Ireland.

Promoter

The promoter of this promotion is the Randox Health company with which you booked your qualifying health check.

If you booked in the UK, the promoter is Randox Health London Limited, company number 09102173, registered at 143-149 Great Portland Street, Marylebone, London, W1W 6QN.

If you booked in Ireland, the promoter is Randox Teoranta trading as Randox Health Ireland, company number 722949, registered at Unit D/E, 21 Time Place, Corrig Road, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin, D18 R89T, Ireland.

When we say “we”, “us”, “our” or “Randox Health” in these terms, we mean the Randox Health company with which you booked your qualifying health check.

How it works

Step 1 — You book. Complete a booking for an eligible service

Step 2 — You get your code. If your booking qualifies, we will give you a unique referral code. If you book online, your code may appear after booking and may also be sent to you by email. If you book in one of our clinics, we may send your code to you by email after your booking has been completed.

Step 3 — You share it. You may share your code with people you know personally, provided you have permission to contact them. When you share your code, you must make clear that you may receive a reward if they use it and complete an eligible health check. Your friend gets 10% off when they book an eligible health check using your referral code.

Step 4 — Your friend completes their health check. Once your friend has used your code, attended their appointment and completed their eligible health check, you earn a reward, subject to these terms. By “completed”, we mean that your friend has attended their appointment and provided the required sample or samples. The reward does not depend on when your friend's results are issued.

Eligible Health Checks

To qualify you must have booked an eligible health check.

  • Everyman (must have 2 rounds of testing purchased)
  • Everywoman (must have 2 rounds of testing purchased)
  • RanChip Insight 360
  • Signature Checks

We may update the list of eligible health checks from time to time. Any change will apply only to new bookings made after the updated list has been published.

What you earn

The more friends who complete their health check, the more you earn.

The most you can earn is £250. Rewards are paid back to the original payment method used to pay for your qualifying Randox Health booking. We will not pay rewards to another person, to a different account, by bank transfer, or by any other alternative payment method, except where we have expressly agreed this in writing.

If you're in Ireland, you can earn a maximum of €250, whereby each reward is €50, up to a maximum of 5 rewards.

The reward currency is determined by the country in which the original qualifying health check was booked.

A few things to know about your rewards:

  • Rewards will usually be paid within 30 days after your friend completes their eligible health check.
  • Your friend must book and complete their eligible health check within 5 months of the date we issue your referral code.
  • Rewards are paid only to the original payment method used for your qualifying booking. Rewards cannot be transferred to someone else, paid to a different payment method, or exchanged for any other benefit.
  • Only the billpayer for the original qualifying booking may take part in the promotion and receive rewards.
  • If your original payment method is no longer available when we try to pay your reward, we may contact you to ask for a valid replacement method. If we do not hear back from you within 60 days, the reward will lapse.
  • If your friend cancels their health check, receives a refund, makes a chargeback, or does not complete the health check, no reward will be payable.
  • If your friend receives a refund or makes a chargeback within 30 days after attending, we may reverse or reclaim the reward.
  • The total reward paid to you cannot exceed the amount you paid for your own qualifying health check.
  • Your original qualifying booking must have a minimum order value of £300 in the UK or €300 in Ireland.
  • We cannot give you personal information about your friend. This means we will not tell you whether any particular person has booked, attended, cancelled, received results, or used your code. We will only tell you when a reward has been earned or paid.

What your friend gets

Your friend gets 10% off one eligible health check when they book directly with Randox Health using your valid referral code. Your friend(s) can redeem your code at checkout when booking their health check at one of our clinics across the UK and Ireland.

A few things to note:

  • The 10% discount applies only to eligible health checks. It does not apply to other tests, services, products, delivery fees, cancellation fees or other charges.
  • The referral code cannot be combined with any other discount, offer, voucher, promotion or promotional code. If a referred friends books an eligible health check and does not use your code, this will not make you eligible for a reward.
  • The referral code applies to new bookings only. It cannot be applied retrospectively to a booking that has already been made.
  • The referral code has no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Your referral code

  • Your code may be used by more than one friend, but we will only pay rewards for the first 5 qualifying friends who complete an eligible health check using your code.
  • Your code is valid for 6 months from the date we issue it to you.
  • Your code is for personal sharing only with people you know personally and have permission to contact.
  • You must not sell your code or share it on public coupon websites, cashback websites, paid advertising platforms, public social media posts, forums, search engine adverts, bulk messaging services, or any other public or commercial channel.
  • When sharing your code, you must not make medical claims, suggest that a health check is suitable for a particular person, or describe yourself as acting for Randox Health. Your friend must decide for themselves whether to book.

No professional or commercial referrals

This promotion is intended for personal customer referrals only. It is not available to healthcare professionals, employees, contractors, agents, introducers, affiliates, influencers, corporate customers, public officials, or anyone acting in a professional, commercial or paid referral capacity, unless Randox Health has agreed this separately in writing.

You must not use this promotion to make, request or receive payment for medical referrals, clinical recommendations, patient introductions or professional introductions.

Who can take part

You can take part if you:

  • Are 18 or over
  • Have purchased an eligible health check on or after 1st April 2026
  • Have paid for that booking using an eligible card or payment method accepted by our payment processor Revolut. Bookings paid by cash, Klarna, Clearpay or any other payment method that does not allow us to process a reward back to the original payment method are not eligible.

Your friend take part if they:

  • are 18 or over;
  • are not the same person as you;
  • use your valid referral code when making a new booking directly with Randox Health;
  • purchase an eligible health check;
  • do not use the referral code with any other discount, offer, voucher, promotion or promotional code;
  • attend their appointment and complete the eligible health check within the 5-month code validity period; and
  • do not cancel, receive a refund, or make a chargeback.

Playing fair

We want this promotion to be fair for everyone. The following are not allowed:

  • using your own code to book for yourself, including through a different account, name, email address or payment method;
  • creating fake, duplicate or misleading accounts;
  • sharing your code on public coupon websites, cashback websites, paid advertising platforms, public social media posts, forums or bulk messaging services;
  • selling, auctioning, transferring or exchanging your code;
  • making medical claims or giving the impression that you are authorised to recommend Randox Health services on our behalf;
  • using the promotion for professional, commercial or paid referrals;
  • using the promotion in a way that breaches law, regulation, professional rules or these terms; or
  • any other attempt to misuse the promotion or obtain rewards unfairly.

If we reasonably believe that a code has been misused, or that a reward has been obtained dishonestly, fraudulently or contrary to these terms, we may cancel the code, withhold or reverse rewards, and remove the relevant person from the promotion. We will act reasonably when making this decision. If you disagree with our decision, you may ask us to review it by contacting us through our contact page. We will aim to respond within 14 days.

Your data

We use your personal information, including your name, contact details, booking details, referral code and reward information, to administer this promotion, send you your referral code, assess whether rewards are payable, pay rewards, prevent fraud and deal with queries.

Please do not give us your friends’ contact details for the purpose of this promotion. You should simply share your code with your friend directly, provided you have permission to contact them. Your friend must then decide for themselves whether to book directly with us.

If your friend uses your code, we may tell you that a qualifying referral has been completed and that a reward has been earned or paid. We will not tell you your friend’s name, appointment details, results, health information, cancellation status, refund status, or whether any particular person has booked using your code.

Your friend will see our Privacy Notice when they book. They should understand that using a referral code may result in a reward being paid to the person who shared the code.

We look after personal information in accordance with applicable data protection law, including UK GDPR for UK bookings and EU GDPR for Ireland bookings. You can read our full Privacy Notice for further information. We keep referral data for as long as needed to administer the promotion, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations and maintain appropriate business records.

Changes to this Promotion

We may update these terms or change the promotion from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will give at least 30 days' notice on our website before the change takes effect.

Changes will not affect any reward that you have already earned before the change takes effect. If a friend has already made a qualifying booking using your code before the change takes effect, we will honour the reward if your friend completes the eligible health check within the original 5-month code validity period and the reward is otherwise payable under these terms.

We may correct obvious errors or make minor administrative changes without giving 30 days' notice, provided those changes do not materially disadvantage participants.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by misuse of a referral code, unauthorised sharing of a referral code, technical issues outside our reasonable control, or inaccurate information provided by you or another participant.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

Law and jurisdiction

If you booked in the UK, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, but this does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of the part of the UK where you live.

If you booked in Ireland, these terms are governed by Irish law. You can bring legal proceedings in the Irish courts, and nothing in these terms affects any mandatory rights you may have under Irish or EU consumer law.

Local Tax Rules

Any Reward you receive under this promotion may be subject to local income tax and specific tax reporting requirements. It is solely your responsibility to determine if any tax liability arises from receiving any reward. Because your reward is paid back to your original payment method, it may be treated as a partial refund of the price you paid for your own health check. If you’re unsure of your position, please take your own tax advice.
