It is recommended to fast for a minimum of 8 hours before collecting your sample. This excludes water. Don't forget to activate your kit before sending your sample back to us. Only collect your sample Monday - Thursday (Royal Mail) or Monday - Wednesday (An Post). Return your sample the same day as collection using the prepaid return envelope before noon. Avoid taking your sample on or close to a public holiday.

Get results
Once the lab receives your sample, your results will be ready 2-3 working days afterwards. Your results will be sent to the email address provided.
