Only collect your sample Monday – Thursday (Royal Mail) or Monday – Wednesday (An Post). Return your sample the same day as collection using the prepaid return envelope before noon. Avoid taking your sample on or close to a public holiday. Results will be sent to your email within 2-3 days of your sample arriving in our lab.

Once the lab receives your sample, your results will be ready 2-3 working days afterwards. Your results will be sent to the email address provided.
